Another nice software for organizing all the manuals, guides etc. is “Dropbox”
With a free Dropbox account you can store 2 GB of information. PDF files, pictures etc. in the “cloud.”
On each computer that you link to your Dropbox account, you get a local Dropbox folder that syncs with the cloud, as soon as you have Internet connection.
This means that the information you have in the cloud is available on all your devices that you have linked to the Dropbox account. After they have synced there is no need to have Internet connection to find the PDF file that you saved at home. It will be available on your local device.
Just remember to turn the syncing off, on computers that are used for satellite or other expensive way to access Internet.
